Behind the Scenes:
I’d been wanting to do a video that wasn’t so Vincent-and-Catherine-centric. I’d been introduced to Joshua Payne’s music through an internet radio station, and as I hadn’t heard a song of his I didn’t enjoy, decided to buy the album. I listened to this particular song, and knew it didn’t pertain so much to Vincent and Catherine, but after hearing the word “son”, thought it’d work really well for a video about Vincent’s and Father’s relationship. It made for a different, but compelling, video, and it remains one of my favorites.
